Kartofler suppe til børn
Ingredienser:
- 6 medium kartofler
- 1 paprika frugt
- 1 stor løg
- 2-3 gulerødder
- 2-3 tomater eller 1 dåse tomater
- Spagetti
- Feta ost
- Yoghurt naturel
- Salt
Alle grøntsager skæres i små stykker og koges samt med lidt spagetti også i stykker (omkr. 200-250 gr i alt til hele suppen). Når kartoflerne er færdige kommes tomaterne i stykker i. Koges omkr. 15 min mere. Salt efter smag men det skal være ligt for lidt fordi der kommes også lidt ost i ved servering. Serveres med 2-3 skeer yoghurt og 1-2 skeer revet feta ost i hver skål.
Det var min yndlings suppe da jeg var barn.
